Go here if you want this facility to lose your phone and other personal belongings. Then to have ownership, as well as upper level staff not rectify the situation when they said they would. This is a place I wouldn’t suggest based on this fact alone. If a “luxury” treatment center can’t keep track of one’s personal belongings, how would one be able to entrust their medical care to this facility?

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed right now. My insurance is saying I was out of the network or something similar. I'm confused about who is supposed to cover this bill, and I'm curious why I was accepted under these circumstances. I’m really unsure about what to do next. JJ

I will say there are some good staff there. However, some staff member(s) lost my phone and multiple other personal item, in addition, I had the worst detox from alcohol at Bliss by being given a medication that has had no efficacy on me in the past, and informed all medical staff of that. I made contact with all levels of management, as well as the owner about replacement of my personal belonging they lost or misplaced while in their custody. I then got a response from the owner, Gary, saying he would replace those missing items, only then to be ghosted. There are higher level staff here who are unprofessional, and frankly just not good at their job from what I witnessed in my two weeks there. If you’re looking g for true help for you or a loved one suffering, I would advise you to look elsewhere. Furthermore, I had an MRI scheduled that all staff knew about before my arrival even, but wasn’t taken to it. I was told this wouldn’t be a problem, and when the nurse asked why I didn’t make it to my MRI (I was sitting in the office across from the director). My simple reply was they didn’t take me, then she asked me why, and for that I had no answer. Trust me don’t send your loved ones here. They would greatly benefit going elsewhere for their detox/medical care/recovery needs. Trust me.

I just received the text pictured and I can’t even find a review that was left. All I remember is I was very messed up from having the pheno stopped abrubtly - although my reaction was not helpful the guy working literally threw ALL my unpacked stuff on a sidewalk in a part of LA I had never been to before. Scariest thing that’s happened to me in CA. When they left it was just me, my little service animal and a huge pile of belongings. I was not treated respectfully at all so please, have your attorney reach out so I can give his information to mine. Oh and then there’s that board I have to reach out to that governs treatment centers. I’ll figure that out next.
