I wasted three years of my life at this facility. I started severely mentally ill and su!cidal and this office has only made it worse. I reached out to supervisors, managers, even corporate several times. For the love of god, find somewhere else to help you, because Bowen won’t.

You would think with the number of times that I speak with the Bowen Center they would eventually use the correct pronouns for my spouse. I am tired of them getting misgendered every single time I call. I said "spouse". You do not need to repeat "husband" back to me.

They have been nothing but AWFUL at filling my prescriptions. Along with the constant miscommunication between staff, and the nurses not knowing their own policies. I've been seen here for about a year and have dealt with some of the worse people yet. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother calling them.

The front desk lady this morning in cube 5 was super rude. If you work in customer service especially at a place like this, just be polite, it's 8:00a.m... and she's already on one. I didn't miss this place, at all this shall do for now though.
