Soledad House

Located in sunny San Diego, Soledad House provides high-quality substance abuse treatment tailored specifically to women. They offer comprehensive substance abuse and relapse prevention programs including residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), a Christian rehab program, sober living, and alumni aftercare programs. Participants typically spend 90 days or more in a supportive space that provides a nurturing, faith-based approach to lasting sobriety. While 12-Step philosophy is the cornerstone of the program, Soledad House creates individually tailored treatment plans that include both traditional and integrative therapies. Treatment includes individual counseling, group therapy, life skills, family counseling, eye movement therapy (EMDR), exercise therapy, meditation, and yoga.

When I first arrived at Soledad, I was very skeptical. I was in a vulnerable place. Uncertain, scared, and learning how to live sober one day at a time. Because of everyone’s structure, and belief in me, I found stability, accountability, and hope. Soledad became more than just a place to stay, it became my safe place where I could rebuild myself. ...

Great place for a person that never been in the sober treatment center before. Intense schedule for group therapy and 6 days a week mandatory AA meetings with little of free time. Amazing living environment, very clean, modern and stylish. I would recommend to all of my friends and families.
