All they want is the money. There was no recovery for my loved one. He always had a cell phone. They tell the patients what they want to hear. My lovd one left wish recovery and was homeless for about a month before I found out he was no longer at the facility.

I tried to get information here to get help from my mom and the pre-assessment is all about what type of insurance she had, not much about her condition. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t put my loved one here even if it’s free.

Singlehandedly the worse rehab I have ever been to. The cameras everywhere brings up a question, why? well, they love to micromanage. The clinical supervision was the worse I've had in 32 years in the field. The owner confronted me with some very culturally/ racially insensitive aggressive questions .I am Native American. The clinical director's mentality is insane considering we are working with addiction disorders. she had no clue. What they are doing is warehousing and enabling addicts to keep charging the insurance companies. In other words, typical southern California exploitation. The place itself incentivizes relapses and keep rotating patients around over and over. They get rich while the addict and their families gets sicker. Sick

HORRIBLE place. Luxury? FAR from it. It’s nowhere near the beach. Their female "therapist" is unapproachable, cold and uses YouTube videos and printouts for her so called "groups.". This place seems like 5star on their website but trust me it's far from it! You will regret going there. Employees don't even have their own restroom, so they share with the the downstairs bathroom that room 5 client uses. They don't even do daily outings to hiking trails or beach…they take clients to the ghetto park down the street. There's liquor stores blocks away. They don't cover their food buffet, so the flies have a feast on the food. They don't allow clients use cell phones and to get one request done, you have to ask 5 different people who give you five different answers. This place is a joke. They have repeat clients coming back 5 times and each time they come back WORSE! They should have a frequent flyer program. I worked there as a nurse, Don’t say you weren’t warned!
